the standard double room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. jannowitzbrucke station was easily accessible, offering most u and s lines, including routes to the airport.
the heating and cooling system did not work properly, so the room heated up. i opened the windows, but insects came inside. i did not sleep well because of this.

the staff was generally friendly and helpful with basic requests.
The room size felt quite small. also, the shower had a significant leak. Water spread all over the bathroom floor after each use, causing inconvenience and requiring extra caution.

The room size was smaller than i expected. I had to bend to get out of bed to avoid hitting my head. also, the room service advertised in the in-room menu was unavailable. i was told i had to pick up my order myself or eat downstairs. the staff seemed unhelpful and disinterested in assisting with basic requests.

the lobby looked okay and staff seemed amiable enough, i guess
the air conditioning barely worked and the shower, well, that thing was leaking like a sieve, even after i told them about it on day one, nothing happened, so much for a relaxing stay, huh?

the room was spacious the bed was comfortable i found tea and coffee making facilities quite nice. the bathroom was modern and clean it included toiletries. the bar area and outside courtyard were also enjoyable.

staff are capable and friendly they were great expectations. they speak multiple languages allowing easy communication. i really appreciated their warm and cute attitude .

the breakfast is fantastic and available for longer than most places. the wide buffet selection included made-to-order omelettes and pancakes. the hotel also provided the best tea-making facilities i have ever seen.
